No. IPTelvza is a player. You add your own IPTV subscription (Xtream Codes or an M3U link) under Settings → Sources. The app provides no content of its own.
The first time you open the app, choose “Add a source”, then enter your server URL and your Xtream credentials, or paste an M3U link. You can also try a public demo source to explore the app first.
Yes, once the app has been installed and signed in to the account once, in person: from the configuration console, sign in to the same account and prepare a source for that device. Your credentials are encrypted in your browser for that one device. Nothing installs by itself: the person in front of the screen sees what is proposed and accepts or refuses.
Yes: they are stored in your device’s secure keychain (Apple Keychain), and never pass through our servers in the clear. When a source is sent to another of your devices (from the web console or from one of your devices), it passes through our servers end-to-end encrypted: only the target device can read it, and it is erased as soon as that device has installed or refused it. Your Xtream password never travels from one device to another.
Settings → Account → “Delete account”. This deletes your account, the synced preferences and the purchase history tied to the account. Data that stayed on the device alone disappears when you uninstall the app.
PRO is sold through the App Store. To switch plans or cancel: on iPhone and iPad, Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; on Mac and Apple TV, the Subscriptions section of your Apple account. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. If PRO does not show up after reinstalling or on a new device, use “Restore Purchases” in Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
This usually comes down to your provider (a cap on simultaneous connections, an overloaded server). Try another channel, turn on the “single connection (TS)” mode the app offers, or check your subscription with your provider.
Settings → Parental controls: a PIN code, adult content hidden (on by default), and a “Kids” mode that restricts the app to the categories you allow.
