IPTelvza is a media player that lets you play IPTV streams you supply yourself, on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV (iOS, iPadOS, macOS and tvOS). The app does not provide, host or distribute any content, any channel list or any catalogue.
You alone are responsible for the sources you add and for the lawfulness of your subscription and of the content you play, record or download. You undertake to respect the applicable intellectual property rights and the terms set by your provider.
You undertake not to use the app for unlawful purposes, not to circumvent any security measure, and not to disrupt how it works.
An account (email or “Sign in with Apple”) enables syncing across devices. You can delete it at any time from within the app. See the Privacy Policy.
The app is free. An optional offer, IPTelvza PRO, unlocks additional features (notably several sources, several profiles including a kids mode, cloud backup and sync across devices). It is sold exclusively through Apple’s App Store, in three forms:
Price. The price of each option, in your currency, is shown in the app and on the App Store before you confirm any purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation.
Free trial. When a trial period is offered for a subscription, its length is shown before you subscribe. At the end of the trial the subscription is charged at the displayed price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.
Automatic renewal. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically, for the same period and at the current price, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours preceding the end of the period.
Managing and cancelling. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions section of your Apple account, on any of your devices (on iPhone and iPad: Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, which remains yours.
Restoring purchases. A current subscription or the lifetime purchase is available on all your devices signed in with the same Apple account. If PRO does not show up after reinstalling, or on a new device, use Restore Purchases in the app’s settings.
Refunds. Since purchases are made through the App Store, refund requests are handled by Apple under its own terms: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Changes. The contents of PRO and its prices may change. Any price increase on a current subscription is notified to you in advance by Apple and, where applicable, subject to your agreement, in accordance with App Store rules.
The app is provided “as is”. The availability and the quality of the streams depend entirely on your provider and on your connection, which are outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for the content played through your sources, nor for indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
